Description

2nd Request - PLEASE give an additional cart which is badly needed. They are using the recycling bin for garbage and, of course, the garbage truck is not touching it. So it's still sitting up at the street which is an eyesore. Don't need a pretty, new city-county cart...an old, beat-up one will do just fine. PLEASE...drop off an additional cart on Monday!!! Thank you very much.
