Description

38 John St has been notified by KPD not to hold spots with the vehicle for their other vehicle. He constantly parks just enough from the driveway so a car doesn't "legally fit" but when his second car comes home he moves back to fit his car. Please let them know AGAIN that it's illegal to hold spots because everyone is entitled to a spot
