The purpose of this site is to fix things that are safty issues and benefits the citizens by making the public works more productive. I doubt streamlining your commute is high on there agenda. The city of Taylor will go online September 1st. Any other city not participating will not be receiving the complaints of their citizenry. An example would be reporting high grass at a vacant or unoccupied ,or delinquent neighbors so the "issue" can be dealt with. Or report those shopping carts being left in your neighborhood. Or,streetlights,potholes,and issues with maintaining parks,library,or other public spaces. I'm sure people will put this site to good use once it catches on.
