Hello. A sign has been posted on a city barrier leading to the trail head of the canal trail and open space area. This sign states that a new toll booth will be installed at that location, fees to use the land will be collected, and violators will be subject to a fine by armed toll takers. Other entrances to the same trail do not have this sign posted. I have been unable to find any official information about this on a city web page. Is this an official sign or is this a hoax or attempt to scam people? Please help city!
