Description

I don't know if seeclickfix is the right place for that, but I just wanted to call attention to the lack of reason the city of San Francisco seems to be plagued with. Why in the world are they re-asphalting berry street, when it is clearly the newest and smoothest street in the area? I consciously make a detour over this street on my daily commute because it is so smooth and nice to bike on that it is actually faster than the short route. Not to mention that right next to it are probably some of the worst streets in the city: Hooper st, Townsend st, 7 th street are all in really bad shape for example, with potholes so big they could swallow a bike wheel, and they have been ignored for years. Would be nice if the city didn't squander its resources like that.
