Description

Clean up the graffiti over here! The cost is nominal compared to the effect on the community from gang related shootings and assaults. This graffiti includes obscenities and is at an area where a new business intended to "revitalize" things is being constructed. This eyesore has been present for YEARS. Make Rush Foods do the same in their non functioning carwash.
