Description

Years of inattention by the city has led to accumulations of leaves around Winston Park that have blocked sewer access. A short-sighted decision to save money by not picking up leaves will have long-term consequences of road damage and flooding. Please resume pickup of leaves that block sewer grates, particularly on Ardleigh. This is too big a job for the neighbors.
