Description

A large amount of sand and dirt frequently collects in both bike lanes at the low point in the road. The result is a very dangerous situation with nowhere for cyclists to go but into the car lane to avoid crashing in the sand. If someone was biking at night and wasn't aware of this hazard, they might not have time to avoid it.
