My wife sprained her ankle by stepping over this uneven sidewalk and almost fell. She is pregnant.

Case Closed. Case Resolved. The Public Works Department has investigated and has determined that Comcast is responsible for the sidewalk repairs. We contacted Comcast who stated that they would restore the sidewalk to concrete, by Friday 5/23, weather permitting. The City has asked them, just in case of bad weather, to place hot mix asphalt today to bring the sidewalk to grade. Mark Cardarelli. Supervisor of Utility Coordination and Compliance.
