This is a neighbor. She appears to have emptied the house, only occasionnally comes and goes, approx 1 X week.concerned she is abandoning it. no lawn maintenance, over 1 foot now. Last year she was cited by another neighbor and she only mowed the front. My property adjoins the back...really bad. Varments now getting into my fenced back yard (have an elderly dog) Weeds up to roof line, open door in back of garage-concerned about squaters/fires etc. This situation seriously jeopardizes our neighborhood and our home values.
