Description
Both Flora and Nardelli drive like roads used for testing tanks under artillery fire. School buses (eight twice a day) and semi's just tear it up. Gets repaired once in a while, but never lasts more than a week.

Flora is a city street therefore contact Roseville DPW about its condition. Nardelli Lane is a private drive owned by the MEADOWS (Section 8) APARTMENTS. Nardelli is a private drive. Complain to the Meadows office.
Here is the twist: The access road (the war zone road which allows access between Masonic and Flora was a deal made by the Meadows Apartments owner and the city of Roseville years ago despite Flora being labeled a "Dead End."
Good luck dealing with two parties that could care less about condo owners in this area (that pay city taxes) imuch less the drivers cutting through between Flora and Masonic.
