Description

In the "forest" area behind Veteran's Park, closest to the property line of 5875 Cavendish. Someone has clearly dumped stuff, including cinder blocks and branches. The branches are out of place because they clearly did not fall off a tree. I understand (via Director Raggo) that it's a protected area, so you can't clear broken trees, and branches, but these branches were clearly not a direct result of mother nature.
