An officer spoke with the owner of this property about this issue. The owner stated he spoke with his employee about this the day he saw it posted on See Click Fix. The owner stated he has purchased a broom and dust pan to be used to clean the property prior to 7 a.m. and stated he gave his employee notice of termination should he use the blower earlier than 7 am again. After speaking with the owner the officer contacted the employee and spoke with him personally, noting the details of the noise ordinance violation and the fact blowing trash into the roadway constitutes littering. The employee apologized and stated he would be using the broom and dust pan should he need to clean the property before hours.
