Description

Scitico,by railroad tracks, #512, the blue house, and the white house next door> EACH have a plumber (advertising) lawn sign reading "$3999 for boiler, get before winter" etc., they are yellow and have been there a VERY long time. As a local resident I am sorry but I am tired of looking at them, no I don't live on Hazard. Can you check out whether or not they are allowed there. Thank you.
