I agree, I have reported numerous potholes only to be forgotten, mind you this year was terrible, but after 4 weeks? I have seen some areas, like the boulevard & Goffe where it is now been made driveable (THANKYOU) but I think an explanation is in order- Pleas Public Works advise us
1) Is it cheaper to repave later? and your waiting on larger repairs?
2) Is our budget at its limit and only priority issues are being addressed
3) Is manpower(personpower) limited?
4) are you under "orders" to not repair them ??
or are our reports going into one of thos holes.
Seriously Public Works can you please provide an explanation, it may ease the masses

i hit a pothole on farren avenue next to the wagon wheel saloon bent the rim cost me 110 dollars to fix at pecision wheel in north branford

We are closing older "pothole" issues in order to focus on current pothole issues. Many of the older issues were addressed through our streets division but were never closed. Other road issues reported in the "pothole" category are road conditions beyond an immediate fix/ patch. We've reviewed those and have considered them through our paving seasons. Thanks
