there is no parking in this curve but people tend to park there thinking if they pull past the tree that it is OK. unfortunately it makes it difficult to safely pull out of granville ave ext. it also sets up a dangerous head on collusion set up for Bainbridge BC as people drive around the corner they can't see the illegaly parked car until too late then swerve into incoming traffic. there has been accidents in the past. this has been reported here in the past and to the mpd as well...
