Description
The November 20, 2012 Development Review Board grant of the time extension for Champlain to continue its Hauke Expansion project provided as a condition that "construction..be limited to Monday to Friday from 7AM- 6PM. Limited work may extend outside this schedule to Saturday 9AM-5PM only after obtaining approval front he Development Review Board through correspondence rather than a scheduled hearing. " Construction is quite active at this site (and the Res Tri site which has a similar restriction) today May 10. Has a letter been provided to the DRB in this regard? If so, should not the contractor, city or champlain notice the surrounding community in this regard? Regardless, the construction today seems to exceed the "limited" edit.

This was checked Sunday and the site was locked up with no work going on.
We have contacted Planning and Zoning and we are awaiting a response regarding any approvals.

Typical and reasonable hours for development are Monday through Friday 7am to 6 pm with a limit on weekend hours (Saturday 9 am to 5 pm for interior work only.)

There is ongoing work at the site. The college communicated with the Zoning staff regarding the permit and the work to occur on Saturdays. The DRB will discuss it as an “other business" item at the May 20, 2014 DRB meeting. The meeting will be held at 5 p.m. in Contois Auditorium, City Hall, 149 Church Street.
