One of my neighbor's leaf pickup bags fell which had falled over at night dropped a few items out. When I saw the leaf pickup guys come by, one of them picked up the bag and a couple more items fell out. He looked back and then just left them. I realize they are on a timeline but truthfully, is it really too much effort to pick up items rather than leave them to blow over the neighborhood? When I walk on other streets I often see bottles and other trash left on the curbside right where the trashmen have gone by. Worse yet, when they have the truck which dump using the overhead bin, if it's windy, the items don't make it into the truck. Aren't we paying enough in trash fees?
