Description

This tree has been damaging my property for years with its root system, and the city has done nothing with the several reports i have made. A 4" diameter root has grown through my foundation and pushed a foundation stone out several inches. A foundation specialist has said that any further movement will require several thousand dollars in stabilization or the foundation will be unstable. I love the trees in Albany, and a smaller replacement would be fine, but the inaction on dealing with this tree is leading toward catastrophic damage to my property, beyond the damage already done.
