Thanks for reporting. I have referred this to the City’s Housing and Environmental Inspections Division. When the inspectors have had a chance to investigate I will post an update.

An inspector has inspected the property on 5/16/2014 and referred it to the Zoning Dept. We will follow-up with them.

After our inspector visited the property and spoke with the property owner it was determined that the this storage unit did not have the proper permits. The owner agreed to apply for the permits within the next week. If not, a Formal Notice of Violation will be issued to the property owner. Our inspector will continue to follow up until this issue is resolved.
