Description

North/south light on 46th ave s and 46th street continues to be impossible to get through in a timely manner. I see people rin it all the time becAuse it just doesnt change. I see cops on 46th st looking for speeders all the time. Alow tem doen by fuxing the timong of te stupid lght.
