Description

Once again, garbage collection has ripped trash bags, spilling out animal waste (cat litter) all across sidewalk and did nothing to clean up the mess. There is now cat feces and urine clumps strewn all across the front of 1436 F St NE. This is a major health hazard, especially for children attending Miner Elementary school across the street and the pregnant women (myself included) who live on the block. Please send cleanup crew ASAP.
