No evidence was obtained to uphold a zoning violation of the definition of a family. There is not ordinance that prevents 5 cars from parking in the driveway. This issue is closed.

I am sorry but this is a joke. Just look at the wording code enforcement is using. " No evidence was obtained to uphold a zoning violation" then why even bother investigating. Just say that the city is incapable of enforcing this ordinance and we are going to let tenants do what they want!
