By light post 107 there is a chunk of walk way missing. More disturbing though is the part of path by light post 100 that gives when you walk over it as it doesnt seem to be supported underneath.

we have inspected the boardwalk and determined that it does need maintenance but does not pose a safety hazard that would require closing the riverwalk. We are focusing on the cemetery and other spring activities. The boardwalk will have to wait until manpower becomes available.

We assigned a 2 man crew to the boardwalk and they spent 2 weeks trimming and repairing the walk. Repairs are under way to correct the damage done by falling trees. I expect those repairs to be completed in the nest few weeks.
