Description

It appears someone may have dropped asphalt stones in the turning lane on the corner of Portion Rd and Southhowell Ave. This happened about 1 year ago too. So, not sure if past debris of snow related.

I turn on that street often and the stones can damage cars. Not sure what may have occurred, but needs to be cleaned up.
