I've referred this to our Public Works Department. When the staff has had a chance to respond I’ll post an update. Thanks for reporting.

PLEASE FIX THIS ONCE AND FOR ALL . .. this crosswalk indicator breaks every other day and it is LOUD and annoying with the nonstop gibberish.

Per Public Works, the crosswalk signal has been checked and no problem was found.
