Richmond has decided to trim the trees in my neighborhood this week... right as birds are nesting and raising their hatchlings. I came home to a trimmed tree & four dead baby birds. I'm sure this is happening all over the city. Can we not wait to trim the branches until later in the year (summer / fall?).
