Good afternoon! I have called customer service on numerous occassions (May 9, 2011 & June 10, 2011) regarding excessive weed/grass growth in the Hobby Hill area. The specific concerns discussed included: 9805 Oldfield Road ~ excessive weeds and grass! I have reported this house for the past four summers...without a favorable response. The corner of Margate and Duryea Dr. (on Duryea Drive) ~ weeds so EXCESSIVE that two cars can barely pass at the same time; impossible to pass when the GRTC bus is on Duryea ~ you must pull over into the ditch! I have been told by the customer services representatives that both these cases have been CLOSED! I am concerned that closure on both these issues was determined WITHOUT anything being done to the extremely unsightly and potentially dangerous (Duryea Dr) weed/grass growth. I am not sure what other recourse is appropriate at this time. I appreciate your quick response to this concern. Thank you!
