Description
Particularly during high volume traffic times, drivers frequently enter this intersection when their light is green despite being unable to make it entirely through the intersection. This cuts off traffic flow on Main street across Belvidere. I have experienced waiting 3-4 light cycles sitting still because traffic on Main street is blocked by an impatient driver. Please put up signs reminding drivers that blocking an intersection is illegal.
