The local thugs have started their usual destructive antics early this year. Last night, they overturned two of the concrete trash barrels. Fortunately, they did not roll them into the water as they have done in the past. I hope Parks Dept can upright them quickly before they do end up in the water. They are too heavy to lift with out the proper equipment.
Several lights along the Seawall are still out or intermittent, and the resulting darkness is the perfect cover for this behavior. I hope they will be fixed soon. It would also be helpful if the police would shoo people out of the park late at night.

TAMC, it does no good to call the police; they hardly ever come and when they do it is well after the the incident has occurred and the perpetrators have left. Block watch members have tackled the issue and our pleas were ignored.
