Description
We have large Australian Pine trees bordering the gulf in our back yard on a section of property that is owned by the county. We have a neighbor who goes over and cuts these trees down and all of the small saplings. Is this legal to do, we feel these tress are protecting our property from erosion during storms and he is destroying this
