2 witnesses just told me that the chronic dumping here is being done by the owner/occupant of 85 Kimberly Ave, which is directly across from the intersection of First St. & Kimberly Ave.: very convenient. They wait 'til late at night then just move the junk from their driveway over to the Galvin Park sign. One of the witnesses is a former tenant at 85 Kimberly, but now lives directly across the street. He said they've been getting away with it for years because the owner has 2 nephews who are on the NHPD. So maybe it's time for the Chief of Police to have a talk with the nephews--and for the nephews to have a talk with the owner of 85 Kimberly Ave. And for the city to send the clean-up bill to 85 Kimberly Ave.
