Description

The highway going both East and West has been milled for over 2 weeks. It seems as if after the milling nothing is swept up. Every morning going to work there is dust and rocks flying through the air. My car as well as everyone else's is getting hit, with resulting paint chips and marks on the windshield. Even this morning, after all the rain we had, there was a lot of debris flying. If you look at the roadway you can see piles of stones between the lines and along the sides. Why aren't they sweeping this up. I have never seen this much debris left after road milling anywhere else. I drove on 91 when they resurfaced it from Windsor to Enfield and it was never this bad.
