Description
There is a ditch in the middle of the intersection that is going to destroy a car or create an accident. Shame on DDOT for being unresponsive to this issue - it's not like The City doesn't know of this problem. Such an amateur city - what a joke. It just keeps getting worse.

Per inspector Blunt,
Johnny King with Wash Gas and was Inspector Blunt was advised that restoration should take placed around 11-4-2014.
