Description

there is alot of trash in the yard next door to one of our apartments where there will be two small children moving in. Out of sight out of mind!! Please call the landlord and ask them to clean out that yard and keep it clean.

Q. Is the problem blight (trash, etc) outside, or is it a problem with the building (illegal use, housing code violation, etc)?
