Description

Go to the east side of John Robert Dam, travel to the Southern Pilaster. On the south side, there is annoying "tribute" graffiti to fictional character Walter White.

Second location: From the first location, walk east to the end of the concrete. Look down at the tunnel entrance, there is another tribute profile of Walter White on the facing west on the east tunnel entrance.
