Description

Pictured is the outlet from the drainage pipe of 1253 Jackson Springs, which gets clogged with foliage, causing a slow flow condition which promotes mosquito breeding along the right-of-way in front of 1247 Jackson Springs. Perhaps a concrete drainage canal would help here? I don't know, I'm not an engineer.
