Snoog: Since this issue is within our city limits, we have entered a corrected issue report (the original was submitted to Pinellas County.) We have already forwarded this issue to the Codes Compliance Department to investigate. Any updates will be posted on the new issue - here's a link:
Snoog - is the situation with the fence visible from either the street or alley? or will a Codes inspector need to come on your property to view? Can you provide a photo? It is visible in the front of the properties. I have the fenced property, and the east side neighbor attached the white lattice on the front east side of my wooden fence. Thank you.
