The light at Northbrook and Six Forks cycles when there are no cars at or passing through the Northbrook side of the intersection.

I've referred this to our Public Works Department. When the staff has had a chance to respond I’ll post an update. Thanks for reporting.

Closed City of Raleigh 3 (Verified Official)

Per Public Works: All the loops that were bad have now been recut and verified and traffic will not cycle without cars present. The inspection also found another bad lead in from the recent handicap ramp that was installed. The contractor is aware of this and will get put on their schedule.
