Description
April 22 11 AM all parked cars at expired meters all along Rte 1 (in front of police station cars were double parked and empty blocking traffic to station), all parking at expired meters along Meadow Street (police and other) were double parked and all meters expired along S. Orange Street and illegal parking (at "No Parking" signs near Garage entry). I walked along these streets and no cars were parked at meters legally.
