anonymous citizen reports: W 48TH ST IS BEING USED AS A WAY TO AVOID TRAFFIC LIGHTS AT WESTOVER HILLS/ DUNSTON AND THEN AGAIN AT FORREST HILL AND WESTOVER HILLS. THE TRAFFIC FROM WESTOVER HILLS SELDOM SLOWS DOWN TO THE 25 MPH AND THEN VERY RARELY EVEN ATTEMPTS TOSTOP AT THE 4 WAY STOP. IT HAS BECOME VERY DANGEROUS WITH THE 40MPH TRAFFIC.

This situation as of 10/21/2013 has been previously reported to Richmond Traffic Engineering Mgmt Team (20020921591) so that proper inspection, consideration and handling can take place accordingly. This matter is still under review.
