Two days ago, I reported the 2 trash barrels in Juliano Park needed to be emptied, as they are full to overflowing and trash is being blown all over the park; not to mention the additional health hazard of all that dog waste in these barrels.

Do you need a photo as evidence; I can send one. Please get this done.
