Description

4 blue toters FULL WITH GARBAGE left on curb strip. Public Works would not pick up today because they are FULL WITH GARBAGE. The residents at this address are consistently putting trash in the blue otters. They do not have enough brown toters but neither the tenants nor the property owners will call NHPW to request more. This trash is overflowing and will soon be on the street and sidewalk, blowing into neighboring property. We neighbors have sorted their garbage from recycling on more than one occasion, but the residents and property owners do not assist. Please have the owners cited (they've been cited over 5 times already). They also should have all the toters removed and require the property owners to have private refuse container put in. Please advise how when this will be addressed.
