Description

When the city did the storm water rework this summer a truck was parked on the side of the road delivering large cast concrete pipe segments. Each time the truck moved forward to unload the next pipe it dug wheel marks into the summer sun warmed asphalt. The contractor working on the project was made aware of this at the time.
