Description
Resident reports damage to the sidewalk in front of this address resulting from work being done by telephone company. Sidewalk has chunks of concrete missing, and the telephone company drilled holes into the sidewalk. The holes in the sidewalk are still there as of 11/10/14. Please send someone to inspect this location as soon as possible.
