Description

The people at 1321 keep leaving food waste and kitchen waste laying on the ground in the alley. Now there is a rat infestation. I have located a rat burrow (see picture) in the exact place the burrow is located. Just today, I have seen three rats run from the alley into the burrow or into the back lawn of 1321 13th St. This is a public health issue and is trash in the alley is a constant at this household. Please enforce and please get rid of this rat burrow!!! Thank You!
