I just need some info on why the town gives parking permits on hoyt street but the 14 cars that get them don't park in the spots but on the street overnight and leave no parking for the rest of us at 3 am I park in the spot where there was only 3 cars and at 4am I get a ticket why don't you ticket the people that have parking passes and park on the street?????? That take up imaginary spots?????????????????????????????? (
