A. not sure if it's graffiti or construction code (hoping for the best I suppose) but there's orange letters sprayed on two sidewalk planter boxes on the corner of 16th ave and Stockton Blvd, and another incident across the street on a telephone pole on the south side of 16th, in front of the church.
