My landlord turned off the heat yesterday (April 15th). It was a cold night and the heat is still not on. I reported to 311 but I don't expect a reply because they never do anything but take the report to make you feel better. The landlady does this when temperature drop to save on heating bill. Meanwhile my child and I are cold.
