Especially in these difficult times, it negatively impacts neighborhood safety and homeowner investment to allow abandoned and unattended homes to exist year after year. Other cities are on top of this problem -- let's keep up here in Northside Richmond. A city is only as strong as its neighborhoods. Make property owners accountable. Thanks!

What is wrong with Richmond City Government that they can't do something when a citizen inquires about a legitimate ongoing problem that is neighborhood blight. It is ridiculous!
